Our Weather Guarantee
If the Captain deems the weather the day of your sail too severe or unpleasant (too cold, rainy, rough or foggy), we will issue you a refund, or, if possible, the trip will be re-scheduled at your convenience. Please note that you must be present at dockside the day of your scheduled sail.
Wedding Weather Guarantee
We understand that this is your special, long planned and anticipated day. If you book a ceremony undersail and the weather doesn't cooperate, we will re-schedule the ceremony at your convenience or provide an alternative in-door setting at no additional charge to you.
If you reserve Manitou for the Bridal Package, we automatically reserve an in-door ceremony site as a back-up in case of inclement weather (at no additional charge to you).
